INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 1/4 Watermelon.
  • 6-8 ice cubes.
  • Mint.

 

PREPARATION

  • Peel the watermelon.
  • Throw the ice and the watermelon into the blender.
  • Blend all together for about 1 minute until you get sorbet’s texture.
  • Pour the mix into a glass and add a twig of mint as topping.
