I felt “old” suddenly!
I’m just a 33 years old “girl”, so I shouldn’t be considering myself old (I know!) but I was feeling like that. I had pain on my back & neck almost everyday. I was tired and my energy levels where up and down all the time.
It was when I realised that my mum had a better HEALTH than me, that really hit me!
It’s so true that, I wasn’t eating properly and going to the gym as an excuse “to make me feel better for a little while”. And I wasn’t losing weight as fast as before. With the 30’s (or its crisis! I’m not so sure lol) something CHANGED.
So, I read more and more, research more and more until one day with the help and support of a good friend (my mate on this Fit-madness) I joined with her on a training program with a PT (Personal Trainer).
I started changing things and taking properly care of myself. I’ve always been passionate about Fitness, Nutrition and Healthy stuff. Asking my father, since I was teenager to buy me the Women’s Health Magazine when he went for his newspaper lol. So, it was easy for me to get hooked in this Fit-New-World. And then MY LIFE CHANGED for good!
I thought, I knew what I was DOING and EATING before but no, I had no clue and that turned my world upside down. As a result of all of that…. last year, I joined the certification to become a PT myself (Yes, you have read it right).
And that is why I’m here, to HELP women or “girls” like me who don’t know how to do it or where to star to feel better and achieve their dreams.

- I am finishing my Personal Training Certification (EQF-4) and I have a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Nutrition.
- I will be there with you step by step, the same way that I did to get where I am RIGHT NOW and I still doing!
- Helping you during the whole process, encourage you and sharing with you all my knowledge.
- Being that honest filter for you, where you would find trust information.
